I got sick again so I needed to take a break in the shop and work on something else. Currently, I am working on a replacement shop for our online shop. Since the last update I have not been very happy with the performance of the site … There are a few other issues under the hood that are pretty terrible and very complex to fix. It will be better for my sanity just to replace it.

I picked up an old school shopping cart system and will be modifying that. It is pretty simple and lacks a few key features but brings with it some good things. It has good support for blind-text readers which is going to be required for everybody sometime mid 2026. I have also managed to add almost all of the features that I need. The design is mostly done, looks like the GP-u-Moto shop. At the moment I am working on the user area. Making it look nice and adding some useful stuff like PDF e-invoices and QR codes for bank payment apps. I still need to add the order tracking link and revamp the order flow. So, still a lot to do. When it is done it should be a lot more stable and faster than the old site.
